I now understand that to know thyself is to know why you exist and to feel your value. Further then, to be a guide, is to first shine the light on yourself, and enlighten unto the ‘why’ in thyself and so light the path for others.
I am a mother, sister, teacher, student. My journey crosses many intersections, today I stand witness, accepting and owning my experiences unconditionally… that of a feminine, enlightened guide journeying on in the sacred flow of life, engaged with all that was intended for me. Together in community; I stand in reverence, authentically and collectively.

Consciousness is an ocean the more we tap in, the more we desire, because this is where fulfillment is, this is where life is.
One of the great gifts of spiritual knowledge is that it realigns your sense of self to something you may not have even ever imagined was within you.
Long before I began deep breathing, setting intentions or collecting crystals, Mother Nature had been a wise teacher of mine. As she has been for thousands of years, across many cultures, and spiritual teachings.
Spirituality allows us to reach beyond our own inhibitions and limited understanding to immerse ourselves in all things possible, imaginable and attainable.
Exploring life through a spiritual lens will allow you to realize how divinely guided one can be when we open-up and are willing to accept the wisdom our elders have to offer.
